An iconic cold bathhouse

Ribersborgs Kallbadhus, or Kallis as it's called in the common tongue, was built in 1898 on the initiative of the cane manufacturer C. A. Richter and was opened on June 1 of the same year under the name Malmö Saltsjöbad AB. In 1902, the "Christmas storm" swept over western Sweden and destroyed the bath. In connection with the reconstruction, certain changes were made to the exterior design.
